Training Manager (Full-Time Salary)

Responsibilities
Deliver personal and semi-private training sessions
Coach and motivate members to achieve results
Ensure a high standard of service and member experience
Assist with client retention and progress tracking
Lead by example on the training floor
Help develop and mentor future trainers
Maintain a clean, professional facility
