Requirements:
3+ years as an Engineering Manager with a team of 5+
Experience with lakehouses and contemporary table formats like Delta
Record of leading through major architectural changes
Expertise in cross-team strategic partnerships
Solid focus on developing inclusive teams

Lead the transformation of data systems while supporting engineers in their growth journey.
