This energetic, hybrid role places you at the forefront of BDO's Assurance Innovation Lab. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the creation of intelligent, AI-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in deploying machine learning models and Generative AI in enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and optimize AI and machine learning models
Develop solutions using NLP and predictive analytics
Support prototyping of emerging AI technologies




Evaluate model performance and responsible AI considerations
Contribute to scalable AI-enabled workflows

Requirements:
Expert in Python; proficiency in R, Java is a plus
Experience with OpenAI API and Hugging Face
Knowledge of PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Scikit-Learn
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
Practical knowledge of LLMs and RAG architectures
