We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Maintenance and Engineering to oversee our agricultural machinery fleet.
This strategic role demands in-depth technical expertise in areas such as mechanical diagnostics and team leadership. You will validate diagnostics, guide technical decisions, and coach maintenance supervisors to strengthen our operational capabilities across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:
Validate mechanical and electronic diagnostics for agricultural fleet
Guide teams through complex repair and replacement decisions
Serve as the primary technical resource for maintenance staff
Participate in custom agricultural equipment design
Recommend creative solutions for fleet performance improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years in heavy equipment maintenance
Experience in agricultural or mechanically intensive industries
Proven management and team leadership experience
Bilingual in French and English
