Manager position offers a unique chance to establish a recent Approved Maintenance Organization in Winnipeg. As part of the Future Aircrew Training Program, you'll oversee maintenance operations for De Havilland Dash 8-400 aircraft at 402 Squadron. This role demands solid technical skills in airworthiness management, compliance, and team leadership to build and maintain a high-performance organization. Key Responsibilities:
Design and fully accredit the 402 Squadron AMO
Ensure compliance with airworthiness and operational standards
Lead the development and implementation of key maintenance documentation




Mentor and lead maintenance personnel for optimal performance
Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of aerospace engineering and maintenance experience
Successfully complete DND Airworthiness Management Course
Detailed knowledge of technical airworthiness rules and standards
Familiarity with aerospace technology and maintenance products
Ability to obtain Government of Canada Security Clearance
