Job Details

We are seeking a fully remote Litigation Attorney to handle construction defect and general liability matters while managing a consistent 160 monthly billable target.

Responsibilities




Handle construction defect and general liability litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
Manage case strategy, client communication, and litigation deadlines
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure productive case handling and reporting

Qualifications
Active license in valuable standing with a U.S. state bar
Experience handling construction defect and general liability litigation
Robust motion practice, deposition, and discovery experience
Ability to independently manage a full caseload in a remote environment
Strong written communication, organization, and case management skills
