Role Description The Sales Associate role at Print2Go is a full time, on-site position based in Peterborough, ON.

The Sales

Associate will greet customers, understand their printing and design needs, and recommend appropriate services and products such as copies, packaging, signage, and custom merchandise. Day-to-day tasks include processing orders at the point of sale, preparing basic print and copy jobs, coordinating with production staff, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of customer requests.



The role involves handling inquiries in person and by phone, providing price estimates, explaining service options, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The Sales

Associate will also support merchandising, promote current offers, and help build long-term customer relationships through qualified, courteous service.

Qualifications

Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to assess needs, explain services clearly, and build positive client relationships.

Basic technical aptitude with office and print equipment, such as copiers, printers, and POS systems, and comfort learning new tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, retail environment.

Attention to detail, accuracy in handling orders and payments, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.

Previous experience in retail, printing, or related service industries is an asset.

Availability to work full-time shifts, including evenings or weekends as required.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in graphic design, printing, or customer service is an advantage.
