Take on a vital cooking role at a remote mine site in Northern Saskatchewan as a Cook Second. This position requires you to manage meals efficiently, ensuring all food is ready for service and maintaining kitchen safety. We are searching for a qualified Cook Second willing to work in a two-week in-and-out rotation at our remote mining location.

Previous kitchen experience is essential, along with Food Safe Certification, which is a strong asset. You will also engage in meal preparation, kitchen maintenance, and team direction based on the Chef’s directives. Key Responsibilities:
Determine protein quantities from the freezer
Provide meat service during busy meal times
Ensure meal readiness and proper cooking
Maintain a clean and secure kitchen environment

Requirements:
Prior kitchen experience is essential
