POSITION SUMMARY

All Creations employees are expected to deliver truly great service, and to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our guests. Employees must work well as a team, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide qualified, caring and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, restaurant staff and culinary team.
Greet and welcome each guest seated in assigned section within 2 minutes of being seated.
Take initial beverage order within 5 minutes of guest being seated
Must be very knowledgeable with all food and beverage items on the menu.
Responsible to sell on a consistent basis, while continuing to create new strategies for increasing the check average of each guest
Performing opening and closing procedures including, but not limited to, the set up and break down of stations,



clearing and re-setting of tables.
Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of the Dining Room and the establishment as a whole.
Perform accurate cash/credit handling and POS procedures
Required to work Special events function when scheduled including the setup and teardown of each event

SKILLS/EDUCATION REQUIRED
Able to work under pressure & Versatile availability
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Ability to work in a team environment
Neat, well groomed, well-spoken and professional. ProServ certification
Ability to stand for extended periods of time & must be willing to do shift work

. Pay: From $15.00 per hour
