Develop and ensure compliance with HR practices across borders
Lead HiBob implementation and optimization strategies

Foster partnerships to align HR support with business needs Requirements:
Minimum 8 years in HR Operations & Compliance
5+ years experience managing HiBob or similar HRIS
4+ years in People Analytics & Reporting
Knowledge of employment law across Canada, US, and Colombia
