This full time position reports to the Director of Advancement. The ideal candidate has at least three years of fundraising experience and excels in relationship-building.

Responsibilities include cultivating major donors, engaging community members, and developing strategic fundraising plans that align with SMUS's mission. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate recent donor relationships
Execute strategies for existing major gift donors
Engage donors through visits, calls, and events
Support student awards programs and other initiatives
Maintain accurate donor records in Raiser’s Edge NXT Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum three years of progressive fundraising experience
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of ethical fundraising standards
