Ponds for People Leisurescapes is a Waterloo based swimming pool and hot tub company.

We are seeking a individual to join our team as a Pool and Hot Tub Maintenance Technician.

A successful candidate will be resourceful and have a interest in learning and developing their skills as a Technician.

Duties
Pool and hot tub cleaning and chemical maintenance
Opening and closing Pools
Safety cover installations
Minor repairs and maintenance of pool and hot tub equipment
Completing service documentation
Maintaining inventory and supply levels
Maintaining tools and equipment

Qualifications
Prior Pool or Hot Tub maintenance or service experience is an asset
Prior plumbing, mechanical, or electrical knowledge is an asset
Basic hand and power tool knowledge is an asset




Must have valuable communication and customer service skills and be able to professionally represent the company in the field.
Must by reliable, trustworthy, and organized.
Must be physically fit and able to complete physical work in all weather conditions
Must possess a valid minimum G class drivers license and be insurable on the company's fleet policy.

This is a seasonal position running to October 16th. Job Types: Full time, Seasonal

Contract length: 10 weeks

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Experience
Pool or Hot Tub Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Pool or Hot Tub Service: 1 year (preferred)
Pool Closings: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Minimum Class G2 Drivers License (required)

Work Location: In person
