Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and give correct change with attention to detail
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, food handling areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations




Manage time effectively during busy periods to fulfill orders promptly while ensuring quality standards are met
Support food safety protocols by following proper sanitation procedures and handling food responsibly

Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation or food service is highly preferred; restaurant experience is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for quick and accurate transactions
Robust cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate change and totals
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
