Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble a variety of traditional shawarmas wraps and plates.
Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including shawarma grills/rotisseries and fryers.
Chop and prepare fresh ingredients (meats, vegetables, garnishes) with strong knife skills.
Ensure proper portion control and presentation of all food items.
Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist with cleaning equipment and prep areas.
Engage with customers in a friendly and efficient manner,
taking accurate orders and offering recommendations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and rapid-paced operations.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sandwich Maker or in a similar professional kitchen role is a must.
Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation principles.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
Solid knife skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
