Job Title: Program Director (Data & Analytics) – French

Location: Montreal or Quebec City (Lévis), Quebec. (Onsite)

Duration: Initial contract through December 2026 with a robust possibility of extension through December 2027

Pay- $100-$118/hr

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in project and program management, including significant leadership experience managing enterprise programs or portfolios.
Extensive experience leading complex Data & Analytics transformation initiatives.
Strong background working within highly regulated organizations such as financial services, banking, insurance, or public sector environments.
Demonstrated executive leadership with experience presenting to senior executives and steering committees.
Fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is considered an asset.
Qualified certification such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Secure, or equivalent is highly preferred.
Knowledge of the Desjardins ecosystem or cooperative financial sector is an asset.
