We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead and oversee plumbing operations on construction sites. Duties
Supervise and direct plumbing crews to ensure timely and accurate installation of plumbing systems according to blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to align schedules and resolve on-site issues promptly
Monitor work quality through regular inspections, ensuring adherence to safety standards, building codes, and client requirements
Manage procurement of materials, tools,
and equipment needed for plumbing tasks while maintaining budget controls
Implement quality control procedures to verify proper installation practices and troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise
Experience
Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects with a focus on plumbing systems
Extensive construction experience including reading blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating
Robust knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction environments
Demonstrated ability in budgeting, scheduling, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle
