Baluke Dental Studios Inc. is a full-service, state-of-the-art dental laboratory with over 70 years of excellence serving dentists across Canada. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Dental Technician to join our growing Removable Department.

Job Type
Full time, Permanent
40 hours per week (schedule may vary)

Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of dental laboratory experience in removable prosthetics.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong knowledge of complete and partial dentures.
Excellent understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and aesthetics.
Solid attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory.

Responsibilities
Set articulators and perform denture set-ups.
Fabricate complete and partial dentures.
Work with versatile partial denture materials and specialized removable prosthetics.
Prepare try-ins for final processing, including bite verification and post-damming.
Bend clasps and fabricate removable partial dentures.




Process implant-retained dentures and specialized attachment cases.
Process light-cured composite removable prosthetics.
Read and interpret dentist prescriptions to fabricate accurate, functional, and aesthetic prostheses.
Operate all denture department equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting production deadlines.

Skills & Experience
Thorough knowledge of denture fabrication techniques and dental materials.
Strong understanding of occlusion and removable prosthetic principles.
Experience with implant overdentures and attachment cases is considered an asset.
Ability to assist and mentor junior technicians when required.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
