Develop and implement organizational structure frameworks
Facilitate transformation governance and decision-making
Convert future-state designs into actionable plans
Enhance team effectiveness and decision delivery
Promote and support behavioral change across teams
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology or related field
7–10 years in transformation roles
Robust grasp of digital transformation and DevOps
Proven abilities in leading enterprise change initiatives
Experience working with technical stakeholders
Leverage your skills to foster a culture of innovation and drive OLG’s transformation strategies.
