KPU is searching for a temporary full time Organizational Development and Inclusion Specialist to support key initiatives. This role involves designing and implementing Respectful Workplace training programs and developing engaging online content. Robust instructional design expertise and experience with Learning Management Systems will be valuable as you work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement Inclusive Compliance training programs • Create engaging online learning content using Articulate 360 • Collaborate with experts to ensure content accuracy • Support learner tracking and evaluation processes • Enhance existing talent development solutions

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • Minimum five years in organizational development • Knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles • Experience in designing training programs • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
