As a Parts and Inventory Lead, you will support daily operations, ensuring timely availability of parts to maintain production efficiency. Ideal candidates bring solid experience in team leadership, inventory management, and facility organization to enhance workflow. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the Parts and Inventory team
Delegate tasks like picking, inventory control, and material movement
Train team members on processes and safety procedures
Oversee kitting for engine rebuilds, ensuring all parts are present
Investigate discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy Requirements:
5+ years of warehouse or inventory experience
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
Knowledge of ERP systems and solid Excel skills
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and clean abstract
