Offer legal insights on technology and commercial matters




Negotiate and draft complex SaaS and services agreements
Lead bespoke commercial negotiations and customer transactions
Advise on corporate governance and compliance
Manage external legal advisors when necessary

Requirements:
10+ years of post-qualification legal experience
Solid skills in drafting and negotiating complex agreements
Solid understanding of Canadian law
Experience in digital health or AI is a plus
Solid stakeholder engagement abilities
