Reporting to the Director, you will oversee data models and analytics, turning fragmented datasets into a single source of truth while fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain target data architecture in Snowflake
Oversee master data management and data governance
Lead the delivery of Power BI reporting for key business areas
Define data integration patterns for core insurance systems
Collaborate with teams to enable AI-ready data products

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years in data engineering or architecture
Robust background in using contemporary cloud data platforms
Experience delivering business intelligence to senior leaders
Excellent SQL skills; Python experience is a plus
