Position: Production Support Analyst (Unix | Geneos | Control-M | SQL)

Location: Onsite- 4days/week (Toronto)

We are looking for a Production Support Analyst with robust experience in Unix/Linux, Geneos Monitoring, Control-M, SQL, and Capital Markets . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting Front Office, Trading, Middle Office, or Quantitative applications , managing production incidents, batch monitoring, and ensuring high availability of critical trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for Capital Markets applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
Monitor and troubleshoot production environments using Geneos (or equivalent monitoring tools) , Control-M, and Unix/Linux.
Analyze and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and support problem management activities.
Monitor batch jobs , troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely recovery using Control-M .
Perform SQL queries, data analysis,



and troubleshooting to investigate application and production issues.
Support Front Office, Trading Desk, Middle Office, and Quantitative applications while collaborating with business users and technical teams.
Participate in incident, change, release, and problem management activities while meeting SLA commitments.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth production releases and operational excellence.
