Sprout Therapy / Bar Jus is a growing Halifax-based food and beverage company specializing in fresh juice manufacturing and beverage distribution across Atlantic Canada.

We are hiring a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, maintain standards, and keep production moving efficiently.

Ideal for a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, warehouse lead, or shift supervisor looking to move from nights/weekends into a reliable daytime leadership role.

Responsibilities
Lead daily production and packaging operations
Supervise and motivate team members
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
Organize workflow and hit output targets
Reduce waste and improve efficiency
Coordinate with ownership on scheduling and priorities
Step in hands-on wherever needed

Experience
Supervisory or team leadership experience required
Food service, manufacturing, warehouse, or production background preferred
