About the Job: Ready to bring your sign-making skills to life? SpeedPro Signs Red Deer is looking for an experienced Production Specialist / Sign Installer to join our creative and fun team! If you have a background in sign production and installation, love working with your hands, and enjoy a quick-paced environment, this job is for you. You'll get to create awesome signs and take them on the road for installations, all while working with a great group of people.

What You’ll Do:
Make it Happen: Load production files, print, plot, and prep signs for the next big project.
Get Hands-On: Weed, premask, laminate, mount, and ensure every project is top-notch!
Install Like a Pro: Take your work on the road for some in office installations, or show off your skills in the shop.
Keep Things Running: Perform regular printer/plotter maintenance, monitor inventory, and keep things organized (yes, that means keeping your tools in the right place).
Work with the Team: Collaborate with our talented graphic designers, sales team,



and other team members to get things done smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:
Some experience with sign production and installation is required.
A positive attitude and a love for working with your hands.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for in office installations.
