Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and productive Server to join our agile restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS. The Server will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the overall operation of the restaurant.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are adhered to during food handling, preparation, and serving.
Assist with food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as needed.




Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer service.
Follow all sanitation policies and procedures to uphold health standards in the restaurant.

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant setting preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately.
Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures.
Experience in upselling menu items and providing excellent guest services is advantageous.
