Johns Manville Cornwall facility manufactures insulation for roofs. The Entry‑Level Machine Operator will join the team in one of the four production positions under our Pay‑For‑Skills program, with prospects for advancement as new skills are acquired.
The role requires working a 12‑hour rotating shift and ensuring safe, high‑quality production.
Responsibilities
Operate machines to produce insulation components.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Follow production procedures to meet quality standards.
Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work 12‑hour shift.
Ability to work safely and produce high‑end quality product.
Ability to learn new job functions.
Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Basic understanding of production functions.
