Summary
We are seeking a full time Pizza Cook to join our team at Bevi Birra. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas made-to-order for our customers, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our new brew pub. Your culinary skills will play a vital role in enhancing our food offerings and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas according to menu specifications and customer preferences.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area during and after food preparation.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels of pizza ingredients and communicate needs to management.
Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar environment, preferably with pizza preparation.
Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
