A valid Ontario Security Guard License
Current Standard First Aid &
• CPR certificate
Must be able to communicate verbally and written in English
Must be comfortable working at a Desk performing Desk Duties and conducting patrols on foot.
Must maintain a full concierge uniform and perform all duties in a professional manner at all times.
Prior service-industry experience or training required.
References will be requested.

Job Requirements:
Greet and Welcome all Guests in the Area
Conduct Access Control
Answering Phone Calls &
• Receiving Packages including logging them in the database when Required
Interior &
• Exterior Patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities
Answering questions and Inquires.
Providing Excellent Customer Service by being polite and skilled at all times.
Coordinating &
• Liaising with Police and other Emergency Services Providers as Required
Providing Detailed Reports Including Occurrence, Incident, and Patrol Reports as Required
Reporting and Documenting any Safety Hazards to the Site Supervisor as required.
Must follow all SOP protocols including time management and attendance.
