About the Role

Mid Town Ford Quick Lane is seeking a motivated and reliable Quick Lane Technician to join our team in Winnipeg. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to begin or grow a career in the automotive service industry. Previous experience is an asset but not required. We are committed to supporting the right candidate through training and development.

Responsibilities
Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
Mount, balance, and install tires
Conduct basic maintenance services including fluid top-ups, wiper blade replacements, and filter inspections
Accurately document vehicle service records
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Provide a skilled and courteous experience for every customer

Qualifications
A valid driver's licence is required




Previous automotive service experience is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with attention to detail
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
