Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Answering customer and driver calls
Quoting shipments for customers
Tender shipments
Order entry/follow up with tenders
Monitor customer emails & websites
Advise customers of issues/ delays
Dispatching and monitoring of owner operators
Required Skills: · College or University diploma In Logistics and Supply chain (asset)
· Transportation industry experience
Compensation
· Position is hourly/part time with hours varying between 8 hours and 24 hours per week.
