Your role will involve supporting network connectivity for various devices, working closely with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support teams. Utilizing ITIL processes, you will triage issues, supervise network changes, and ensure smooth operations across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:
Address 1st level network issues and incidents
Triage user requests and analyze incidents




Implement changes to network devices following ITIL
Collaborate with Operations Command Centre for incident handling
Work with vendors and infrastructure teams to ensure service continuity Requirements:
Experience with network devices and protocols
Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies
Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and network security
Degree or diploma in relevant field
