Hazelmere Golf and Tennis Club is looking to expand our team and are on the hunt for a fun, friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys building qualified relationships with clients, club members and staff alike. The position requires evening and weekend work, but we are proud to offer some great employee perks including golf and tennis privileges, and staff meals on shift. The ideal candidate has flexible availability, and has a reliable mode of transportation, as we are not located on a bus route.

Job Overview
Our receptionist at Hazelmere Golf & Tennis Club Ltd. is responsible for the day to day reception duties, which includes, but is not limited to, answering phone calls and assisting clients in reaching the department they are wishing to speak with, answering general inquiries about the club (hours of operation etc.), handling money and taking payments from members, interacting with clients in person and over the phone in a professional manner.
Role Requirements
The candidate must be familiar with a multi-line switchboard, have a transparent voice and positive command of the English language
Basic computer knowledge
Prior POS training is an asset
Strong communication skills including telephone and in-person customer service
Available for a variety of shifts including; afternoons, daytime and will include weekend shifts
Must have own transportation
Excellent organization, attention to detail
