We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in commercial and industrial doors.

We are looking for a motivated individual with hands-on trades experience who is interested in transitioning into operations, sales, and business management.

This is a career development role, not just a shop position.

What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid role combining shop floor experience and office-based responsibilities:

Shop / Production (when required)
Door assembly and fabrication
Assisting with production workflow
Working with tools and materials

Office / Business Operations
Prepare quotations and sales support documents
Coordinate with customers and sales reps
Assist with order processing and project tracking
Support inventory and production planning

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in trades (construction, metal, carpentry, etc.)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Interest in moving into business, operations, or sales roles
Positive communication skills (English)
Comfortable using computers (emails,



basic systems)
Legally authorized to work in Canada
