We are seeking dynamic Senior Collections Agents to join our forward-thinking team!

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and communicate with customers regarding outstanding accounts.
Accurately receive and apply payments to customer accounts.
Provide guidance and follow-up support to customers on overdue balances.
Initiate necessary actions for account recovery, including repossession or service disconnection.
Maintain comprehensive records and status updates for customer accounts.

Qualification s:
Minimum three(3) years experience handling 3rd party collection
sProven experience in billing, collections, and/or customer service




.Solid relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
.Exceptional multitasking and prioritization capabilities
