Conduct pre-operational inspections before production starts
Collect and analyze product samples from the production floor
Perform sensory and analytical testing on finished items
Verify compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
Monitor production activities and ensure quality measures

Requirements:
At least 1 year in Quality Control in food manufacturing
Solid knowledge of GMP and HACCP
Excellent communication and report preparation skills
Solid computer skills, including Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and in teams
