Daily Responsibilities
Review pending account transfer requests and communicate with external financial institutions via phone call and email for status updates and resolve transfer issues.
Manage approximately 60–70 accounts per day.
Work independently and within a team workplace to ensure account transfer requests are handled accurately and efficiently.
Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven setting.

Technology / Software Knowledge
Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Word for basic day-to-day functions.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma or equivalent AND 2 years of job-related experience.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a rapid-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience
Account transfers experience.
Experience working in a financial institution.
Experience working in a call centre.
Bilingual in French/English.

The expected base salary range for this position is $19 – $20 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
