Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and power tools with precision and care
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and schematics to understand project specifications
Use hand tools and rigging equipment safely to complete various painting tasks across different environments
Perform restoration work on existing surfaces, ensuring seamless finishes that match original standards
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards




Communicate clearly with team members and clients to coordinate work progress and address any concerns

Requirements
Proven construction experience with a focus on painting or related trades such as carpentry or industrial work
Knowledge of construction painting techniques for residential, commercial, restoration, and industrial projects
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and rigging equipment safely
Experience with surface preparation including sanding, scraping, and priming surfaces
Solid communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently until November
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude in all interactions
