The Senior Product

Manager in our R&D; Platform Division will spearhead the development of billing and ordering strategies that align with Vendasta's mission. This role expects a proactive mindset, focusing on customer needs through rigorous research and analytics. You will define product roadmaps, drive customer discovery initiatives, and work with cross-functional teams to craft go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute a 12–24 month product strategy
Lead discovery sessions for customer-oriented solutions




Prototype AI experiences for testing with users
Own billing and ordering product decisions
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams

Requirements:
5–8 years in Product Management or Strategy
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience in billing and subscription domains
Solid communication skills in various formats
