Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. Duties
Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations
Provide body waxing services as requested by clients, ensuring comfort and safety
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked for effective service delivery




Build lasting relationships with clients through friendly communication and qualified service

Skills
Proficiency in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art
Experience with body waxing is preferred but not required; training can be provided
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Ability to upsell retail products naturally while maintaining client trust
Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and explain services clearly
Retail sales experience is a plus, aiding in promoting product recommendations confidently
