Duties
Monitor security cameras (CCTV) continuously to oversee activity across the premises and detect suspicious behavior.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility, including entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, to deter theft and unauthorized access.
Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and staff before granting access, maintaining detailed logs of all entries and exits.
Respond swiftly to alarms or incidents by assessing situations, communicating with emergency responders when necessary, and documenting events thoroughly.
Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and intervening according to established protocols.




Maintain a visible security presence to promote a safe environment while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.
Complete detailed incident reports for any security breaches or unusual activities observed during shifts.

Qualifications
Prior experience in law enforcement or security is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Robust surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems effectively.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to identify potential theft or vandalism activities proactively.
Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and inspections.
Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding decisively to incidents or emergencies.
Good communication skills for interacting professionally with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel.
Must be able to stand, walk, or remain stationary for extended periods throughout shifts.
