Welcome and assist patients with the collection processes
Conduct phlebotomies and oversee ECG monitoring
Carry out special test collection processes with care
Respond to patient inquiries and maintain relationships
Enter patient demographics and manage requisition data Requirements:
Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred
Experience with ECG and phlebotomy is advantageous
Robust communication and customer service skills
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
