At Dermis Advanced Skin Care, we provide a range of upscale services and medical aesthetics, with a reputation for offering clients effective and personalized treatments.

With over twenty years of experience in the medical spa industry, the Dermis team dedicates themselves to delivering premium aesthetic services held to the highest level of quality and customer care.

We are presently seeking a qualified part-time receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is an above-average communicator, a team player, and excellent listener who can adjust to a variety of changes and challenges in a quick paced, multi cultural environment.

Work Hours: 2 Applicants

3 evenings a week from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm & Saturday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

2 evenings a week from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm & Saturday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Main Duties :
Warmly greet clients on phone and in the clinic
Manage incoming calls
Arrange client files for next-day appointments
Check the daily schedule, ensure appointments are appropriately scheduled and confirmed, and fill in cancellations and no-shows




Collect and process payments and day-end balancing
Monitor, order and maintain inventory of office supplies
Other duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:
Outstanding customer service skills
Great organizational and time management skills
Must be proficient with computers, copy machines, multi-line phone system, and other general office equipment
Be able to converse with clients in French is an asset

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent Education & Experience:
High School Diploma
Receptionist/Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
Knowledge of aesthetics terminology, spa management software, and aesthetics procedures considered an asset
