Responsibilities
Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client preferences, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Upsell retail products like nail polishes, treatments, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified, ensuring comfort and professionalism throughout the process
Keep detailed records of services provided, client preferences,



and retail transactions for repeat visits and personalized care
Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to continually elevate service quality

Experience
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon or spa setting
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
Experience with body waxing is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate
Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
Prior retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting salon products effectively
