Provide professional concierge and security services in a residential condominium.
Monitor access control, CCTV, visitors, deliveries, and contractors.
Conduct regular patrols and report any safety or security concerns.
Respond to resident inquiries and incidents professionally.
Write clear daily occurrence reports and incident reports.
Follow site procedures, post orders, and company policies.
Maintain a professional appearance and respectful communication at all times.
Must be able to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Qualified, punctual, alert, and dependable.
Must be comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
