What You Bring To The Table
Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written
Proven experience working with Product Owners to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
Robust ability to create and manage user stories with explicit, testable acceptance criteria
Experience in comparing systems, documenting processes, and writing SOPs and training guides
Excellent communication and articulation skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MIRO, etc.




Ability to define testing scenarios, including edge cases and non-functional aspects
Track record of defect management and working towards continuous improvement
Pharmacy domain knowledge (preferred)
Understanding of basic agile practices like User Stories, Backlog, Scrum, and Acceptance Criteria
Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, Git
Knowledge of IT risk management principles
Manual testing experience

Preferred Education & Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
