Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, offering expert advice on gardening, landscaping, and horticulture supplies
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
Maintain attractive product displays through effective merchandising strategies to enhance customer engagement




Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and resolving concerns promptly
Keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked; assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Skills
Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth transactions
Solid communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Knowledge of NHL, MLB, NBA,NFL AND Soccer teams
Experience in retail sales, merchandising, cashiering, and customer service to create a welcoming shopping environment
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative and independence
