We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately photographing old blue prints, and construction drawings, editing the images of unnecessary extras and properly labeling them then filing them on the computer.
Your keen eye for detail and effective work ethic making sure none of the images are blurry or cropped off, will ensure the integrity and that all information processed. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills while contributing to the smooth operation of our organization’s data management systems.
Responsibilities
Enter data ( photographs ) accurately into designated computer systems and databases, ensuring completeness and correctness.
Verify data entries for errors or discrepancies and correct them promptly.
Maintain organized records of all data entry activities, including logs of completed work and updates.
Label with date, subject and category all drawings
Qualifications
Proven experience in data entry or computer operation roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Proficiency in using computers, a cell phone camera and basic Operating Systems
Robust attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data handling.
Positive organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly.
