Elevate public safety communications as the Public Safety CAD Platform Manager at PSFC. This role focuses on managing application configurations and providing critical support for end users in a high-stakes environment. As the CAD Platform Manager, you will report to the Director of Client Services, acting as a technical contact between internal and external partners.

Your expertise in CAD applications will be vital for maintaining operational excellence and productive communication. This position requires strong judgment and leadership skills to guide other team members effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain CAD and associated applications
Provide troubleshooting for clients and dispatch staff




Plan and execute patches and software upgrades
Monitor system integrity and manage documentation
Develop training materials for new partner agencies Requirements:
Degree in relevant field with minimum six years experience
Experience with critical application management
Robust communication skills to convey technical issues
Independent judgment and initiative required
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain security clearance Leverage your technical and leadership skills to ensure productive dispatch operations in public safety.
