We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team and help homeowners protect and maintain their homes. In this role, you will go door-to-door and connect with homeowners, present our service packages, and close sales. This position has uncapped earning potential — plus bonuses for hitting weekly and monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate is personable, confident, and results-driven, with a willingness to learn a proven sales system and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales by connecting with homeowners directly and presenting our service plans
Educate homeowners on the benefits of our subscription services and upsells
Follow up with leads generated through marketing or referrals to close deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activity using our CRM or tracking system
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets to earn commissions and performance bonuses
Collaborate with the owner to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction
